Gloria is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy.
Marveled by it’s effectiveness, Gloria has developed a love and appreciation for Myofascial Release Therapy, a mode of massage designed to lock into and release tension from the continuous web of connective tissue in the body (fascia) and thus, the muscles. The slow tensile pulls and gentle traction on the skin provide as much relaxation as relief.
Gloria’s hands “listen” to your body and let it guide her in a unique blend of swedish, deep tissue and myofascial techniques, executed with grace and care.
