Gentle and Restorative Yoga

Get your hibernation on! Relaxation and rest are the keys to vitality and longevity. During the winter, animals listen to their inner wisdom which guides them to get more rest and follow the cycle of the seasons. As humans, our brains tend to override this instinct. In this class you will experience both gentle movement and fully supported poses that guide you into deep rest and relaxation and offer connection to your inner wisdom. 

Your instructor will mindfully lead you into relaxing and restorative poses allowing you to feel more supported, more nourished, calmer, and more centered. Discover the anchor within you that helps stabilize the ship of your being. Beginners welcome.
